Participating as a team offers you and your team members an opportunity to strengthen your relationships and ties, and experience something extraordinary together knowing that you are supporting the Foundation’s vision of creating a future without breast cancer with your family and friends!
Why Start or Join a Team?
Your role as a team captain is an important one you have the ability to motivate and encourage your team members, share information from the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation on the CIBC Run for the Cure and know that you making a positive difference in your community.

- Tips to Building Your Fundraising Success – follow these simple tips for your fundraising success
- Run for the Cure Fundraising Ideas – a detailed list of fundraising ideas for you and your team members
- Online & Offline Fundraiser Descriptions and Examples – specific details about fundraising to ensure all donors receive tax receipts and team members receive fundraising rewards and/or awards
- Team T-shirts – details on the process to ensure your team will qualify for printed shirts
- Team Summary Sheet (pdf) (excel) – tools used to record information on your team for the t-shirt deadline of Friday, September 14
- CIBC Run for the Cure Poster – a poster you can use to advertise the CIBC Run for the Cure in your work site or company
- Team Recruitment Poster – a poster with an area to write details about your team
- Fundraising Poster – a poster with a thermometer that your team can use to track their fundraising and help them to reach their goal
